📋 Description

• Work within a cross-functional Agile Scrum team focused on delivery execution • Deliver innovative web and mobile experiences and incorporate current design trends • Use the accepted design system to deliver with velocity and create consistent deliverables • Drive deliverable completion and support junior designers, developers, and testers • Work alongside client resources to understand requirements and drive solution acceptance • Lead interaction and UI/UX activities, including client workshops • Coordinate with technology and functional leads to accelerate delivery and meet critical milestones

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Service Design, User Experience Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field • Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) Design • Strong expertise in User Interface (UI) Design Processes • Strong expertise in Interaction Design • Strong expertise in Service Design methodologies, including journey mapping and service blueprinting • Experience designing and delivering web and mobile digital products in Agile environments • Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and collaborative design sessions • Proven ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, developers, testers, product teams, and technology leads • Experience using design systems and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure) • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members • Current Government of Canada Reliability or higher security clearance required at the time of application
