📋 Description

• Provide timely technical support to patients via email and phone • Provide guidance on appropriate use and general platform education • Help patients access their health records and navigate the PocketHealth platform • Gather patient and provider feedback to help Management and Engineering teams shape the platform’s future • Directly support patients in their healthcare journey

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work Saturday to Wednesday, 9am to 5pm EST • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) • Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service role with communication over phone and email (mandatory) • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks • Experience with or passion for healthcare is an asset, but not required • Technical Support experience is an asset • Communication skills in Spanish or French are an asset, but not required • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
