📋 Description

• Develop, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations • Support EDI transaction sets including purchase orders, purchase order acknowledgments, advance ship notices, invoices, and functional acknowledgments • Manage EDI maps, document standards, communication protocols, and customer requirements • Monitor daily EDI transaction processing for data accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery • Investigate and resolve rejected, failed, duplicated, or delayed transactions • Automate EDI processes and implement preventative measures • Provide technical support to internal users and customers • Coordinate EDI testing, certification, and implementation with customers and vendors • Maintain EDI documentation, mapping specifications, and support procedures • Maintain and support integration between SBT and business applications, databases, and external platforms • Troubleshoot data flow issues, interface failures, and system connectivity problems • Collaborate with AR, IT, Sales, and Logistics teams to resolve data flow gaps • Analyze data mapping, transformation rules, and business logic • Coordinate integration enhancements, upgrades, patches, and system changes • Reconcile payments and clear AR for SBT and other sub-ledger accounts • Develop required AI solutions and automations with the AR Team • Complete additional AR projects as assigned • Maintain technical process flow mapping and troubleshooting procedures • Coordinate with external vendors and customers to resolve technical issues • Provide user support and training related to EDI and SBT integrated business processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting EDI operations, SBT platforms and integration capabilities • Familiarity with APIs and related integration technologies • Understanding of EDI transaction flows, document mapping, and data transformation • Experience troubleshooting interfaces, data errors, and application connectivity issues • Familiarity with ERP systems, databases, APIs, file transfers, and integration workflows • Experience with SQL database queries • Experience with Marc systems magazines and book modules • Experience onboarding trading partners and coordinating EDI testing and certification • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
