📋 Description

• Build and maintain driver-based operating models tied to business assumptions, including headcount, ARR growth, and pipeline • Perform in-depth financial analyses of current and future financial performance • Conduct budget variance analysis and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis • Champion adoption of AI- and LLM-powered workflows by defining best practices and identifying high-impact use cases • Apply AI tools for data analysis, insight generation, and narrative commentary • Research and analyze historical, current, and projected financial data for planning, forecasting, and management decision-making • Partner with Finance and RevOps teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems • Develop and maintain automated reporting and dashboards tracking key SaaS metrics • Provide commentary and actionable insights to support decision-making • Improve planning processes, reporting cadence, and tooling • Build cross-organizational relationships to align assumptions and definitions and support data storytelling • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Finance or other data focused roles • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets • Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Must maintain a professional and current LinkedIn profile and update it upon joining Procurify • Must be located within Canada • Must have appropriate status in Canada: Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Open Work Permit, Closed Work Permit, or sponsorship consideration
