📋 Description

• Provide remote, centralized recruitment support for high-volume vaccine/flu clinical trials • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to prospective clinical trial participants • Follow up on inbound leads • Conduct phone pre-screening • Schedule prospective participants • Accurately document recruitment activity across recruitment systems • Create a responsive, compassionate, and well-organized recruitment experience • Support study enrollment goals and patient trust

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish • Strong communication skills • Strong follow-through • Patient-centered service orientation • Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written forms • Ability to read and interpret detailed materials • Ability to maintain a productive and professional remote work setup • Reliable internet connectivity • Ability to navigate office/clinical environments • Ability to transport typical work materials • Ability to work on a computer and participate in virtual meetings • Minimal travel to company sites, meetings, or partner locations may be required
