📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve Profound’s talent acquisition approach • Create practical recruiting systems and processes supporting quality, consistency, and growth • Anticipate evolving recruiting needs and build infrastructure, tools, and practices for organizational growth • Evaluate and improve recruiting technology, external partners, sourcing support, and other resources • Lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization • Build talent pipelines for recurring, difficult-to-fill, and strategically important roles • Conduct hands-on sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement • Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience aligned with Profound’s culture and values • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers • Translate business needs into effective recruiting strategies • Provide market perspective and challenge assumptions regarding candidate profiles, assessment, and selection • Coach and support managers to strengthen hiring capability • Monitor hiring demand, recruiting capacity, and talent-market conditions • Use recruiting data to diagnose challenges and improve hiring outcomes • Recommend allocation of internal resources, sourcing support, agencies, and flexible capacity

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience • Strong full-cycle recruiting capabilities across sourcing, candidate assessment, hiring manager partnership, and closing candidates • Experience helping build, improve, or scale talent acquisition practices in a growing organization • Strong business judgment and ability to translate hiring needs into recruiting strategies • Ability to challenge assumptions and recommend alternative approaches • Builder mindset with ability to identify problems, develop practical solutions, and create scalable structure • Ability to operate in a fast-changing environment while maintaining ownership, follow-through, and high standards • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Experience recruiting in a multi-site, geographically distributed, or operationally complex organization preferred • Experience supporting meaningful organizational growth or scaling preferred • Experience in clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, biotechnology, or another regulated industry preferred • Experience using recruiting data, technology, talent pipelines, and flexible recruiting resources preferred • Reliable internet connectivity and productive professional remote work setup • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing and interpret detailed materials
