📋 Description

• Analyze risks to determine acceptance, modification, or refusal of insurance proposals • Verify eligibility criteria from multiple perspectives (farm operations, buildings, machinery, practices, etc.) • Review prevention reports and incorporate recommendations into your analysis • Issue modification requests and manage renewals • Respond to representatives' questions and provide high-quality advisory support • Propose solutions, options, or alternatives that allow risk acceptance while protecting portfolio profitability • Collaborate closely with internal partners, maintaining smooth and proactive communication

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in commercial insurance and/or agricultural insurance • Excellent analytical judgment and a strong problem-solving orientation • Ability to argue and justify your decisions clearly and convincingly • Comfortable working in a team and maintaining effective collaboration • DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in Insurance Consulting and Financial Services, AEC (Attestation of College Studies) in Property and Casualty Insurance, or other relevant experience • PAA (Certified Insurance Professional) — an important asset
