📋 Description

• Lead and manage the full ProShop ERP implementation lifecycle for multiple machine shop clients • Plan projects, define scope, allocate resources, and manage timelines • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams • Build collaborative client relationships and manage expectations • Lead change initiatives for organizations of 10 to 200 individuals • Build a compelling vision for the ERP system and articulate its benefits to stakeholders • Create action plans with implementation steps, timelines, and responsibilities • Conduct discovery sessions covering quoting, job costing, production scheduling, inventory, QMS, tool management, and compliance standards • Identify product-fit issues and propose viable configuration solutions during discovery • Personally configure ProShop ERP modules, workflows, fields, and automations • Map client production processes to ProShop ERP for performance and compliance • Identify, track, and mitigate risks involving data migration, process changes, and user adoption • Develop contingency plans to keep project milestones on track • Own technical triage of escalated issues and distinguish configuration gaps, data issues, and product limitations • Serve as subject-matter expert on ProShop ERP configuration capabilities • Partner with Product and Engineering on required product enhancements • Validate configured systems against client requirements and ensure training readiness • Hand off configuration context and documentation to training providers • Maintain project plans, status reports, process maps, and configuration guides • Improve ProShop ERP implementation methodology, tools, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or Canada, excluding California, Quebec, and Manitoba • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience or equivalent in project management, specifically managing ERP software implementations within a manufacturing or machine shop environment • Hands-on experience configuring or administering complex business software such as an ERP, MES, or comparable multi-module platform, including workflows, fields, and automations • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites for discovery, training, and go-live support, estimated at 25–40% • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, facilitate meetings effectively, and build rapport with diverse audiences • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Keen attention to detail, especially regarding complex manufacturing workflows • Deep familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 is preferred • Direct experience in a machine shop or discrete manufacturing environment is preferred • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints is preferred • Experience with CAD/CAM or MES is a plus • Experience as an ERP or MES super-user or system administrator is preferred • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, GuideCX, Jira, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 is preferred • Reliable internet capable of handling video calls • Space for confidential calls
