📋 Description

• Respond to incoming support tickets promptly and professionally, providing solutions or escalating issues • Speak with patients and key stakeholders by phone to resolve questions quickly • Maintain clear, friendly communication with patients and the Clinical team • Strive for high customer satisfaction ratings • Document Client Experience interactions and resolutions accurately • Flag recurring patient pain points and friction in the support queue • Follow SOPs, privacy requirements, and healthcare compliance requirements • Communicate status and blockers clearly to the Team Lead • Collaborate with team members to address common issues and share insights • Write and update SOPs and Help Center articles • Refresh macros and templates and support process changes • Participate in team initiatives and product/service training

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of experience in customer service • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment • Availability to work additional shifts, including some statutory holidays and weekends • Basic understanding of healthcare and technology concepts • Experience in technical support • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment • Experience in a distributed team environment • Fluency in Spanish, written and verbal
