📋 Description

• Design and implement OpenText Extended ECM solutions integrated with SAP systems • Architect unified views connecting structured SAP data with unstructured content • Develop custom OpenText ECM workspaces for procurement, employee records, and asset lifecycle management • Integrate Extended ECM with SAP using ArchiveLink, CMIS, SAP Fiori, APIs, and middleware • Design data and document archiving strategies for SAP environments • Manage content lifecycle, metadata, classification, governance, and records management compliance • Implement automated workflows for invoice management, HR onboarding, and engineering document control • Lead cloud, on-premises, and hybrid deployments integrating AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Use Java, JavaScript, or ABAP to develop custom solutions and automate workflows • Implement AI-powered features such as OpenText Content Aviator and SAP Joule • Lead blueprinting, architecture, installation, configuration, testing, and delivery of SAP ECM projects • Manage legacy ECM data migrations and compatibility with SAP updates • Lead and mentor implementation teams and coordinate with SAP Basis, developers, business analysts, and OpenText Professional Services • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify content management needs and improve efficiency and compliance • Report to the Director of Delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field • 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise content management, SAP integrations, or related fields • Hands-on experience implementing OpenText Extended ECM for SAP solutions • Extensive experience with OpenText Extended ECM and integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Business Suite • Strong knowledge of SAP ArchiveLink, CMIS, SAP Fiori, and data/document archiving strategies • Proficiency in content management best practices, metadata management, and compliance standards • Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hybrid deployments • Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, ABAP, or low-code/no-code configuration within OpenText tools • Ability to design ECM solutions across finance, HR, procurement, plant maintenance, and other SAP business processes • Expertise in FI, PM, PS, and MM SAP processes • Strong knowledge of OpenText Fastrack or similar implementation frameworks • OpenText and SAP certifications are highly desirable
