📋 Description

• Provide quality customer service and professional expert advice to clients • Proactively conduct renewal reviews to ensure customer retention targets are met • Handle outbound calls to existing clients for renewal review as necessary • Liaise with insurers, building and maintaining relationships • Administer, support and complete policy changes within company partner portals and websites • Review policies and make recommendations as required • Adhere to underwriting criteria set by broker partners • Coordinate and follow up on client documents • Respond to incoming calls and service customer needs • Give claims advice to clients, report claims, and follow up on claims • Report to the Customer Service Broker Team Lead • Work alongside the fast-growing RH Insurance brokerage team

🎯 Requirements

• RIBO License required • Minimum 2+ years of insurance experience • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Independent, ambitious and competitive • Thrives in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude • Looking to grow with a rapidly expanding company • Legally entitled to work in Canada
