📋 Description

• Convert online leads into closed insurance policies • Engage with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice • Ensure clients receive the best coverage for their needs • Build rapport with new clients and strengthen existing relationships • Establish a thriving trust-based client network • Provide excellent customer experience • Maintain a continued focus on service excellence • Stay current with industry knowledge, competition, and market trends • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed in Ontario • Strong sales background with a drive to attract new clients and close sales • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry with a proven track record of success • Ontario LLQP license in good standing • Meet the minimum credit score requirement set by the MGA • Proficient in using sales tools and software • Ability to multitask and pay strong attention to detail • Excellent time management skills • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and achieve ambitious sales targets • Ability to develop and build client relationships
