📋 Description

• Design, develop and maintain personal lines contracts, forms and endorsements across multiple states and lines of business • Complete filings and respond to regulatory inquiries on contracts • Serve as resident expert on contract terms for product lines • Conduct ongoing compliance reviews as products, systems and regulations change • Review competitor offerings and market needs and incorporate findings into forms and endorsement development • Test product output against filings approved by departments of insurance, including function and formatting • Test rating and pricing changes as rating tables are updated state by state • Build and maintain test plans, test cases and defect tracking for contract, rating and system changes • Continue automating quality assurance work with the analytics team • Partner with Product Management, Underwriting, Pricing, Actuarial, Claims and Technology • Write documentation for contract updates and test cases • Manage multiple states and workstreams in parallel • Report to the Director of Underwriting, Contract & QA

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of personal lines P&C insurance experience in insurance contract and forms development, or claims where policy language was worked directly • Ability to interpret policy language precisely and compare coverage differences • Contract drafting, revision and compliance review in an insurance context • Experience with state regulatory environments, including preparing filings or responding to regulatory inquiries • Quality assurance methodology, including test planning, test case development and defect tracking • UAT or regression testing on insurance systems • Ability to read policy issuance and rating system output for discrepancies • Experience partnering with Product, Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims and Technology • Strong attention to detail under pace • Automation and continuous improvement experience or aptitude • Clear written communication • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Exceptional insurance-systems QA and continuous-improvement experience may substitute for direct contract or claims background • Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
