📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of high-impact software systems • Partner with cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into reliable, scalable solutions • Orchestrate AI-native solution development from requirements through implementation and deployment • Lead architecture and technical design for complex, large-scale software components and services • Guide engineering teams through technical decisions, tradeoffs, and delivery planning • Deliver high-quality code and ensure maintainability through design reviews, testing standards, and operational readiness • Mentor and coach engineers, sharing best practices and strengthening engineering execution

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and building production software systems • Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems • Deep proficiency in at least one modern programming language • Ability to design well-structured, testable software • Experience with system design, APIs, monitoring, reliability, and performance tuning • Ability to orchestrate complete solutions using an AI-native approach • Experience leading technical initiatives end-to-end, from requirements through deployment and iteration • Strong background in cloud-based development and scalable service architecture • Track record mentoring engineers and influencing best practices through reviews, documentation, and technical guidance • Valid LinkedIn profile and added work links to resume
