📋 Description

• Support hospitals and laboratories with installation and smooth functioning of clinical chemistry, immunoassay, molecular, pathology, urinalysis, and automation solutions • Provide timely, accurate, and consistent customer support to minimize disruption to diagnostic service delivery • Deliver a positive customer experience while complying with administrative and customer experience standards • Communicate with national and regional squad members and the National Implementation Manager about customer expectations and experience • Participate in service, sales, and customer meetings as required • Install and configure instrument software and hardware components as an implementation crew member or lead • Perform pre-site inspections, technical installations, upgrades, and issue resolution • Provide vacation and holiday rotation coverage for other Support Representatives • Document inventory, service activity cases, expense reports, and other service-related activities • Manage day-to-day administrative activities and facilitate hand-off to regional teams • Perform preventative maintenance and resolve technical service bulletins • Work with local RIS application specialist and technical specialist teams to install, configure, and support IT software and hardware components

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in electronic technology or related education • 5+ years of relevant field service experience • Laboratory experience considered a strong asset • Prior customer support experience • Proficient level of English required • French may be required depending on geographical location • Knowledge of IT systems and network infrastructure • Residence within 100 km of a major metropolitan airport in the Greater Toronto Area or Greater Montreal Area • 95% travel, including overnight travel • Full, valid driver's license in Canada • Periodic travel for training within Canada, Europe, and the United States
