📋 Description
• Assist Residents with activities of daily living • Spend time with and provide companionship to Residents • Complete Point-of-Care tasks specific to each supported Resident • Help keep the Resident’s area clean and clutter free • Communicate Resident updates to the care team • Support Team Members in the home during themed days • Help Residents come down during mealtime and provide support throughout the meal • Support the team as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Personal Support Worker (PSW) or Health Care Aide (HCA) Certification • Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) check completed within the past 6 months
