📋 Description

• Oversee and manage vehicle service contract claims. • Conduct and coordinate inspections for claims exceeding defined thresholds or when required to validate reported failures. • Review contract terms and determine coverage eligibility based on policy guidelines. • Validate supporting documentation and assess repair estimates for accuracy and completeness. • Communicate with repair facilities, customers, and internal partners to provide updates, guidance, and issue resolution. • Maintain accurate claim records and documentation throughout the claims lifecycle. • Meet productivity and quality benchmarks while applying sound judgment to support fair and consistent claim decisions. • Identify and escalate complex issues or exceptions as needed. • Perform active listening with concurrent accurate data entry. • Operate in a remote environment with frequent inbound phone communication. • Use claims management systems and internal tools to organize workload and ensure efficient processing.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • Must be Fluent in English/French • Minimum 2 years of experience within Automotive Service Industry required (Technician/Mechanic, Service Advisors, Parts Advisor, Parts Counter/Specialist) • Must possess strong Automotive Technical and Mechanical knowledge. • Previous experience in claims handling, automotive service, warranty administration, or a related field. • Must be proficient in Windows, MS-Office Products and possess basic computer skills. • Effective communication, documentation, and customer service skills. • Ability to evaluate information, apply policy guidelines, and make sound decisions. • Must be authorized to work in Canada • Must be able to successfully pass a background check. • ASE Certifications (Past or Current) preferred • OEM Certifications (Past or Current) preferred • Automotive Trade/Technical Degree/Graduate preferred • Experience in Claims Adjudication preferred
