📋 Description

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using CMDB modules • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions • Perform data analysis, integrations, and migration activities within ServiceNow • Customize ServiceNow catalog features, workflows, functionalities, and asset management features • Integrate ServiceNow asset management with existing client software • Create catalog items and customize workflows • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging • Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations • Stay current with ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration; four additional years may substitute for a degree • Must have or be able to obtain ServiceNow CIS in SPM, Data Foundations, DISC, SAM, or HAM • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and PowerShell • Understanding of ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM frameworks • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party integrations • Experience with Jira Service Management • Understanding of ServiceNow App Engine Studio • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, catalog items, workflows, and asset management • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities • Preferred: ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CMDB, IT asset management, and software license management experience
