🎯 Requirements

• Based in Canada • Empathetic and clear communicator • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot • Interest in mental health and healthcare access • Experience is welcome but not required; healthcare, customer service, or administrative support experience is relevant • Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours • Willingness to work one of the listed shifts
