📋 Description

• Bring Tzield to market as part of the National Tzield Sales Team • Accelerate Tzield adoption across providers and accounts • Develop territory-specific sales strategies • Educate endocrinology and primary care providers on Tzield and screening • Build a robust Tzield customer base • Build belief in Tzield’s mechanistic rationale, clinical narrative, approved indication, efficacy, and safety profile • Develop in-depth knowledge of key accounts and barriers to Tzield use • Contribute to priority account strategy development and own execution with endocrinology and primary care providers • Develop and execute growth-oriented account and business plans for non-priority endocrinology accounts • Identify and engage account champions and KOLs • Build awareness of T1D early detection and screening • Conduct territory-level strategic planning for the broader T1D ecosystem • Contribute to screening strategy development and engage primary care and pediatric providers • Identify and educate stakeholders on urgent referrals within the treatment window • Educate stakeholders on at-risk populations, screening and monitoring best practices, and early detection value • Collaborate with cross-functional Sanofi teams to support customers • Attend local, regional, and national meetings as directed • Maintain adherence to legal, regulatory, ethical, administrative, and financial duties • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor´s degree • 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device sales experience • Account Management sales experience • Valid driver’s license • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time to customers, conventions, training, and other internal meetings • Rare specialty product experience preferred • Demonstrated ability to understand and use data to drive improved business management and oversight of sales within customer territories preferred • Proven results of increasing educational awareness, provider adoption and customer engagement preferred • Experience successfully launching products in the field preferred • Experience collaborating and working in a matrix environment across multiple sales, medical and support functions preferred • Strong business acumen and solution-oriented mind-set preferred • Ability to strategically plan and execute work preferred • Robust communication skills and ability to engage in two-way stakeholder dialogue preferred • High accountability for all feedback, coaching, and results preferred
