📋 Description

• Build AI agents and automations for finance work, including close, reconciliations and reporting • Teach the finance team to build and use AI agents and automations • Lead the finance team and own the finance function end to end • Assign clear ownership so every task has one accountable person • Close the books monthly across multiple entities, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow • Lead the transition from cash to accrual accounting, including subscription and refund revenue recognition • Keep Stripe and QuickBooks synchronized and books audit-ready • Provide leadership with forecasts, cash reporting and SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR and churn • Work with the US CPA firm on tax • Report to the CEO

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in finance • Experience leading a team • Experience owning P&L reporting across multiple entities • Deep QuickBooks Online skills • Strong with SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, churn • Experience with Stripe reconciliation and US GAAP • Built own AI agents and automations for real work using tools like Claude Code, Codex or Cursor • Clear, simple written and spoken English • CPA or CA (nice to have) • Experience at a SaaS company between $10M and $50M ARR (nice to have)
