📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Finance department, mentor direct reports, and oversee accounting and finance personnel • Set the overall vision for the Finance team based on corporate objectives • Drive group financial planning by analyzing overall performance and risks • Develop financial consolidation for all Ascot Capital Group entities • Oversee consolidated cash flow and develop annual budgets, funding forecasts, and financial models • Define, monitor, and report KPIs and develop executive dashboards • Analyze, prepare, and present financial reports to the executive team • Monitor the company’s financial position, forecast risks, and ensure compliance with established covenants • Develop and implement accounting policies and improve processes and controls • Execute and deliver relevant corporate projects • Manage relationships with banks, insurers, auditors, and other internal and external partners • Perform other related tasks

🎯 Requirements

• CPA designation required • 7–10 years of experience in a similar position • Bilingual in French and English • Proficiency with accounting software, including NetSuite • Experience in financial management • Strong leadership and mentoring skills • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills • Strong financial planning and analysis expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, scenario analysis, and financial modeling • Expertise in multi-entity financial consolidation, including intercompany transactions and consolidated financial reporting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, including KPIs, executive dashboards, and management reports • Adaptable and proactive mindset • Impeccable personal integrity, professionalism, and ethics • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
