📋 Description

• Deliver accurate, audit-ready financials by the 20th of each month with full account reconciliation and zero material errors • Build and maintain a 12-month rolling cash forecast, updated weekly, ensuring liquidity and visibility • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across all departments • Develop automated systems and workflows to reduce manual reporting time • Partner with leadership to increase profitability and improve EBITDA • Create and document SOPs for close, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting processes • Implement systems for expense management, travel, and purchasing • Produce financial dashboards and KPIs • Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations on growth, cash flow, and inventory planning • Evaluate ERP and reporting technology solutions for company scale • Own the full finance function and lead financial strategy supporting company growth toward $100M and beyond

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA strongly preferred) • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including 3+ years in leadership • Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling • Experience implementing scalable systems and automation in growing organizations • Strong knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and tax standards • Proficiency with tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets • Excellent analytical and communication skills; you turn complexity into clarity • Experience in e-commerce or multi-channel retail (preferred) • Collaborative mindset and the confidence to influence executive-level decisions
