📋 Description

• Lead the design and evolution of bonus and long-term incentive programs • Connect individual and company performance to understandable, motivating, and value-aligned outcomes • Own equity design, including equity programs, enablement, dilution modeling, program mechanics, and board approval in partnership with Finance and Legal • Own compensation tools and access for talent acquisition, business partners, leaders, managers, and employees • Own the architecture enabling the compensation team to move quickly • Enable partner teams requiring compensation inputs for offers, internal moves, or new roles • Partner with talent management on pay-for-performance alignment • Help leaders, managers, and employees understand compensation outcomes • Monitor market changes, AI, pay transparency legislation, and workforce shifts using real-time data and peer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience designing and building global compensation structures across various markets • Experience or exposure to a high-growth business • Knowledge of a broad set of tools and technology that make the work efficient and delivery optimal outcomes • Ability to juggle strategic projects and tactical day-to-day tasks • Complex problem-solving skills • Attention to detail • Expert modelling capabilities • Excellent communication skills • Comfortable navigating leadership across all levels, including Board level • Ability to prioritize tasks, learn quickly, and work independently • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders at all levels • Experience building, designing, and managing global compensation and equity programs • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, strategically, and operationally with strong analytical skills
