📋 Description

• Carry out billing operations using the internal computerized system • Create tickets corresponding to client needs and perform standard operations, including updating client information, generating invoice copies, making payments, and terminating processes • Prepare credit notes and obtain authorization • Apply refunds to clients’ credit cards through the appropriate credit card company • Adjust client accounts, invoices, or contracts • Carry out technical operations in the computerized system when required to ensure correct invoicing • Analyze and solve invoicing problems and closely follow up with clients by phone or email • Communicate with the appropriate credit card company when required

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma or professional certification in Administration and/or relevant experience • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or in an administrative role • Relevant experience in a financial operations department is an asset • Knowledge of Office suite software, including advanced knowledge of Excel • Able to work within department hours of 7am - 8pm EDT • Bilingualism (French / English) • Fluency in English required for written and oral communication with English-speaking clientele
