📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with personal lines insurance clients • Review policies for accuracy and coverage gaps and provide recommendations to clients • Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently and accurately • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide professional guidance on coverage • Assist clients in the claims process and ensure their needs are met • Work closely with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and resolve issues • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Applied Epic • Support account retention through proactive communication and relationship management

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account manager • Must hold a valid P&C insurance license • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Commitment to delivering top-notch customer service • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with colleagues • Applied Epic experience preferred
