📋 Description
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the SIR Foundation endowment • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals • Lead fundraising, cultivation, and special events • Develop tailored donor engagement and solicitation plans • Track fundraising metrics and generate reports • Manage the DonorPerfect CRM • Design and implement comprehensive stewardship strategies for individual donors • Oversee the management of the SIR Foundation Gala Committee
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required • Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in managing development programs • Five or more years of management level experience • Demonstrated knowledge of major gift campaigns and corporate giving • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and membership databases • Ability to lead and motivate others in a team environment • Budget preparation, evaluation, analysis, and presentation skills required
