📋 Description

• Lead complex, multi-workstream NetSuite implementations from kickoff to post-go-live • Coordinate cross-functional teams on complex engagements • Own senior client relationships and serve as the main point of contact • Keep projects on time, in scope, and aligned to business goals • Build project plans covering scope, objectives, success criteria, timelines, resources, and risks • Adjust plans as priorities shift • Manage client expectations and provide transparent updates on progress and issues • Run status meetings and resolve client concerns quickly • Lead project teams and assign work to keep teams aligned with objectives • Mentor team members, including junior project managers • Resolve conflicts that threaten project progress • Apply quality controls to ensure deliverables meet company standards • Run post-project reviews and capture lessons learned • Stay current on industry trends and project management best practices • Push for continuous improvement across the team • Assist in building processes for future complex engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field • 4-5+ years managing ERP implementation projects, with proven ownership of the full project lifecycle • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional resources on medium to large-scale ERP engagements • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage senior client stakeholders and internal teams alike • Proven organizational skills and a track record of keeping complex projects on track • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar) • Prior experience in a NetSuite project environment is a plus, though not required • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus, though not required • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies is a plus, though not required • Experience mentoring other project managers is a plus, though not required • Experience managing executive-level stakeholders and escalations is a plus, though not required
