📋 Description

• Drive internal technical product operations and Agile execution • Work cross-functionally with engineering to build and launch product features • Translate market strategies and roadmaps into actionable development plans and Quarterly Workplans • Lead products through the Smile Product Realization Process • Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Licensing, Training, Legal, and other teams • Own the product backlog and monthly/quarterly cadence • Write user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize feature development, and plan iterations • Minimize engineering roadblocks and ensure teams remain aligned with the product vision • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for assigned product suites • Guide cross-functional teams in Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices • Set expectations with customers and development teams regarding priorities and product requirements • Evaluate requirement feasibility based on product capabilities and limitations • Track, analyze, and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and Agile metrics • Address client needs and complaints with viable solutions or alternatives • Communicate product vision and sprint goals across the broader team • Guide product decisions through user testing and iterative feedback • Collaborate on resource planning and goal achievement • Identify and build or optimize product management and Agile delivery processes and tools • Support hiring and onboarding of new team members

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of technical product management, product owner, and/or product management related experience combined with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle • Post-secondary education in a relevant field and/or equivalent working experience • User-centric mindset throughout the product development process • Experience with user testing and validation techniques • Experience collaborating with clients, UX specialists, engineers, sales, marketing, and other key contacts • Consultative experience in client-facing roles in product development or management • Critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Self-directed, proactive, and results-oriented approach • Effective time-management skills • Effective communication and ability to influence and guide solutions • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to various audiences • Formal training in a reputable product management framework, preferred • Software architecture/development or technical implementation experience, preferred • Strong understanding of technical/data vocabulary, strongly preferred • Experience with APIs, FHIR/HAPI FHIR, HL7 v2, SMART on FHIR, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, Master Data Management, Channels, Subscriptions, Interceptors, healthcare data modeling/mapping/migration/integration/ETL, CDA, EMPI, terminology standards (LOINC, SNOMED, UCUM, ICD-10), consent management, and clinical reasoning, preferred
