📋 Description

• Supports and services the Investment Operations function for BMO’s business stakeholders and customers • Executes investment product and service processes while adhering to financial and regulatory controls and operational guidelines • Advises assigned business groups on solution implementation • Supports strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders • Project manages delivery of regulatory continuous documents • Responds to standard and non-standard inquiries from internal business partners and external customers • Monitors and tracks performance and addresses issues • Analyzes strategic problems, data, and information to provide insights and recommendations • Manages vendors and performs oversight and governance in accordance with procurement policies • Supports change management execution and sustainment activities • Processes transactions and activities accurately and timely in compliance with regulatory and risk controls • Checks and reconciles information and documentation for accuracy and completeness • Identifies, analyzes, resolves, or escalates issues • Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver business objectives and service expectations • Supports development and implementation of processes, systems, tools, training, and continuous improvements • Applies BMO’s Risk Management Framework and makes sound, risk-informed decisions • Works mostly independently

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience • In-depth knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the business unit’s key products and services, processes and controls • Knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business • In-depth prioritization skills • In-depth customer service skills • PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • In-depth verbal and written communication skills • In-depth collaboration and team skills • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills • Influence skills
