📋 Description

• Own product strategy and vision for tech-enabled claims services • Discover inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities • Define, launch, and scale new service-based products • Design end-to-end workflows combining technology, configuration, and operations • Partner with engineering to extend and configure Snapsheet’s core claims platform • Use data to improve throughput, quality, scalability, and cost effectiveness • Drive efficiency gains and ROI • Lead cross-functionally across product, engineering, operations, data, and platform teams • Align stakeholders and influence without authority • Own execution through roadmaps and prioritization • Make pragmatic tradeoffs and elevate product excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience building and scaling products • Strong emphasis on growth, activation, retention, and/or monetization • Insurance experience strongly preferred, especially property & casualty (P&C) • Experience improving workflows, increasing efficiency, or materially enhancing how work gets done • Experience working with configurable platforms or systems rather than greenfield software development • Proven ability to adapt in fast-changing environments and lead product strategy through ambiguity • Strong technical and strategic problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business and growth objectives into product hypotheses, experiments, and roadmaps • Data-informed decision-making using funnels, cohorts, and A/B testing • Deep customer understanding • Extensive experience in agile development • Ability to partner cross-functionally to ship, iterate, and scale growth initiatives • Must reside in an eligible US location; applications are not accepted from Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Wyoming • Unable to sponsor applicants for work visas
