📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales teams and clients to identify business requirements and design comprehensive technology solutions • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development • Lead technical design and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within defined scope, and on budget • Present overviews of complex solutions, architectures, integrations, and project progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ensure cloud solutions comply with security standards and best practices for regulatory compliance • Communicate proactively with project managers, project teams, and clients • Create and update project-related documentation • Mentor junior engineers • Participate in internal initiatives to grow the AWS practice by developing new solutions, acquiring new skills, and collaborating with the team

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of professional experience using AWS solutions and services • Experience leading large consulting or software development projects • Deep knowledge of cloud services, microservices (Kubernetes), and enterprise integration, particularly with AWS • Experience designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure and services • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience • Advanced proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (IaC), including Terraform or CloudFormation • Advanced proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Bash, or Java • Advanced knowledge of IT principles in networking, security, hardware, or software • At least 5 years of experience using and managing tools such as Ansible, Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Docker • Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional; AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional • Proven experience successfully implementing enterprise architectures • Demonstrated ability to influence a company’s technical direction • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively • Proven success in technical pre-sales activities • Strong leadership and mentoring skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders • Ability to travel as needed, up to 10% of work time • More than 8 years of professional experience in a client-facing professional services role, or more than 10 years of experience in a related industry • Fluency in English required to collaborate daily with monolingual English-speaking colleagues and clients outside Quebec • Employment contingent on satisfactory verification of professional references, educational background, and a possible criminal record check
