📋 Description

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in food service, hospitality, healthcare, and facility management sectors • Provide preventative maintenance, emergency service and installation support within territory • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Southern Alberta District • Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to support customer needs • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical support) to deliver seamless solutions • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives, maintaining high safety standards companywide

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • Technical skills with plumbing and electrical components are preferred • Experience in hygiene, cleaning, or chemical solutions industry is an asset • Sales or account management experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Computer skills including Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to work nights and weekends as determined by business need, and willingness to travel overnight as required
