📋 Description

• Deliver multiple complex initiatives successfully with cross-functional teams and resources • Directly manage critical programs and projects, coordinating logistics and resources • Conduct planning and working sessions and build relationships to meet project objectives • Drive company-wide, high-visibility programs focused on IT, organizational, and process integrations, consolidation, cost savings, reporting, and culture • Align with Product, Engineering, QA, IT, and Business stakeholders to manage, track, report, and ensure program success • Define scope, identify resources, set goals, develop schedules, track progress, and communicate the overall approach • Manage and communicate with project stakeholders and executive and senior management • Provide reporting insights and root cause analyses on issues • Implement project management tools, processes, and KPIs to increase visibility, stability, and adoption • Work with leaders and teams globally to create positive change • Perform gap analyses and recommend process refinements and improvements to streamline efficiency and simplicity • Facilitate solutions, document escalation impacts, and collaboratively problem-solve • Improve PMO artifacts and processes to increase efficiency, repeatability, alignment, control, documentation, reporting, and detail capture • Drive action plans, accountability, measurable visibility, and process improvement across projects, programs, and the PMO

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience • 8+ years of experience in program or project management or related business facilitation role • 2+ years of experience creating and driving large-scale technology and data-driven Program Management transformation plans • Advanced knowledge of MSFT Excel, AI Tooling (Co-Pilot, Claude), MSFT Outlook, Confluence, MSFT Project, MSFT Teams, MSFT Word, MSFT PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI/PowerQuery, PowerAutomate, and Flow Diagram Software (Lucid Chart) • Excellent verbal and written communication in English • Expertise in Program Management, including scope determination, stakeholder engagement, planning, prioritization, and identifying critical milestones • Risk management, process improvement, PMO frameworks, escalation processes, and mitigation planning • Ability to work at a fast pace, switch contexts and priorities, and manage high volumes of communications • Ability to work with stakeholders across organizational levels and globally • Ability to mentor peers and document processes and artifacts • Ability to handle stressful situations, adapt, and solve problems within PMO frameworks and Solera processes
