📋 Description

• Perform operational deployments, implementations, and maintenance for production systems • Implement and maintain monitoring and reporting of performance metrics for Core Speech products • Perform capacity planning tasks • Implement and maintain operational alerting systems • Participate in an off-hours site reliability support rotation and respond to alerts as needed • Collaborate on projects and work independently to improve system performance and architecture • Participate in relevant corporate programs and initiatives while complying with professional and quality standards, Solventum values, ethical standards, policies, procedures, and security standards • Travel occasionally to Core Speech Operations offices in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania • Travel 5%-10%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years equivalent work experience in operations support and/or application development, OR high school diploma/GED and 10+ years equivalent work experience in operations support and/or application development • Attention to detail and ability to solve problems logically, methodically, and efficiently • Knowledge of Python, Jython, shell, Java, and Go • Experience with Git, particularly GitHub or GitLab • Experience with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL • Experience with non-SQL databases, MongoDB, and AWS DocumentDB • Experience with build systems, CI, and CD, including GoCD, GitHub, and GitLab • Experience with virtual environments and containerization, including Docker and containerd • Experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, and Terraform • Experience with AWS products such as EC2, EFS, EKS, S3, RDS, and CloudFront • Experience with monitoring, log aggregation, and message streaming tools including Grafana, Redis, Solr, Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Filebeat • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
