📋 Description

• Guide government agencies and transit operators from kickoff through launch • Learn agency operations and configure Spare's platform to fit their services • Maintain working knowledge of Spare products, configuration options, and release changes • Explain platform capabilities and connect features to agency workflows • Gather requirements from service operators and ensure presale RFP commitments are met • Observe dispatch and driver workflows and translate requirements into product configurations and user workflows • Identify customer pain points and advocate for customers with the Product team • Document risks and customer context for account handover • Manage complex onboarding and software implementation projects through the first post-launch reporting cycle • Build and manage launch plans, milestones, owners, scope, dependencies, and risks • Coordinate customer and Spare teams and communicate status regularly • Re-sequence plans when dependencies slip • Manage multiple launches simultaneously • Train agency staff to operate Spare confidently • Adapt training to agency service designs and workflows • Facilitate live training, confirm understanding through hands-on practice, and provide additional support • Create agency-specific job aids • Build relationships with executive sponsors and frontline users • Set expectations about Spare's capabilities and support for agency goals • Provide practical workarounds for unworkable requests • Coach agency counterparts on organizational change • Travel within Canada and the USA for kickoffs and launches, approximately 2 to 3 weeks per quarter • Rotate as an emergency customer point of contact, including occasional evenings and weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience with implementation or managing multiple complex projects or customers simultaneously, ideally a minimum of 5 years • Experience leading complex technology or SaaS implementations for enterprise-level customers • Ability to translate operational requirements into product configuration and user workflows • Confidence facilitating training for audiences with varying technical fluency • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers of different backgrounds and technical abilities • Self-starter able to adapt in dynamic, fast-paced settings • Availability and eligibility to travel within Canada and the USA, approximately 2 to 3 weeks per quarter • Availability for occasional evening and weekend emergency customer support • Experience or interest in transit or mobility is a bonus • Startup or scale-up experience is a bonus
