📋 Description

• Design and deliver clinical trainings to customers virtually and in person • Develop clinical content and training materials using modern engagement and instructional design techniques • Deliver high-quality clinical trainings in an engaging and impactful manner • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and address training needs • Use the ADDIE model to develop curriculum and evaluate training interventions • Collaborate on expanding clinical training offerings and enhancing outcome measurements • Maintain strong customer and internal team relationships to support unique account requirements • Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including virtual event platforms, clinical provider selection, materials preparation, and evaluation metric tracking • Consult with large Jumbo customers on Training and Programming planning • Maintain confidentiality, compliance, ethical standards, and adherence to Spring Health policies • Maintain an average live-event feedback rating of 4.5/5 or higher • Optimize operational efficiency for customer Clinical Programming and Training needs • Develop deep relationships and cultural understanding of the dedicated customer to tailor trainings to its workforce

🎯 Requirements

• Unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy, such as Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC • Must not require clinical supervision • Minimum 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience • At least 1 year of post-licensure experience • Experience with instructional design and content development required • Background in corporate training or public speaking • Strong grasp of adult learning principles, virtual engagement techniques, and training evaluation methods • High competency engaging learners virtually • Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, and alternative event/webinar platforms • Exceptional verbal and written professional communication skills • Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and build AI fluency
