📋 Description

• Process transactions and inquiries using Outlook, AS400, Epcot, and Salesforce • Receive distributor calls and some end-user calls using Vonage • Provide reliable information to internal and external customers • Work with functional groups and team members to proactively eliminate errors and inefficiencies in the order process • Maintain a high level of service to customers and account executives • Contribute to the customer service team by handling distributor calls and inquiries • Report to the Customer Service Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• College or University diploma/degree • Bilingual French/English language skills, written and spoken • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high call/systems volume environment • Ability to maintain composure and flexibility • Professional and courteous oral and written communication with sales personnel and distributors • Strong keyboard and data entry skills, minimum 30 wpm • Ability to work as part of a large team • Dependability and decision-making ability • Ability to follow through on team tasks and help associates with little or no supervision • Ability to rapidly assimilate marketing programs, product knowledge, company policies, and procedures • Final-stage background check may include criminal background, credit, and drivers abstract checks
