📋 Description

• Lead teams of dedicated professionals and technicians • Oversight, supervision and coaching of the site inspector(s) for assigned projects • Observing and reviewing projects during construction • Monitoring conformance with plans, specifications, and regulations • Monitoring the progress of construction activities • Reviews requests for payment draws from contractors and prepares payment certifications • Communicates with Project Manager, Client, and design team to resolve site issues • Lead commissioning activities on water and wastewater treatment projects • Mentor and guide junior staff and site inspectors • Responsible for Contract Administration including submittal review, RFI, RFQ, Site Instructions • Develop construction management plans for projects • Conduct and/or coordinate quality assurance and quality control on assigned projects

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field • Minimum of 15 years related experience in construction management, preferably for water and/or wastewater facility projects, including construction oversight • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng), preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus • Successful experience in leadership • Understanding local and regional jurisdictional codes, legal and design requirements in relevant jurisdictions • Ability to review and coordinate designs and studies • Travel to other offices as well as project sites will be required • Working outside business hours or weekends might be required
