📋 Description

• Support sales effectiveness, contract management, and compliance activities • Manage Excel databases, contract repositories, and chargeback reconciliation • Track, manage, and complete RFIs and RFPs with cross-functional stakeholders • Ensure timely, accurate, brand-consistent, and compliant RFI/RFP submissions • Maintain a centralized database of prior submissions • Oversee contract review, execution, implementation, compliance, and renewal tracking • Ensure contracts are accurately reflected in sales systems, pricing databases, and operational tools • Maintain membership data for a Group Purchasing Organization • Prepare GPO performance and membership-change reports • Run compliance reports and resolve discrepancies across contracts, pricing, and memberships • Develop analytical insights from compliance and performance data • Maintain documentation for audits and internal reviews • Support chargeback validation and processing • Assist with administrative fee payout reporting • Coordinate with finance and sales teams on payment timelines and issue resolution • Uphold company values, policies, quality, safety, diversity, and inclusion standards • Contribute to a positive team environment and improve operational quality

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong analytical background • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring operational accuracy and consistency • 1–3 years of Customer Service or Sales Operations experience • Sales reporting and/or Finance background preferred • Bachelor’s degree required • Travel as business needs dictate
