📋 Description

• Assess partner operational output against key metrics • Conduct deep-dive investigations into performance deviations • Oversee SLA adherence across CSAT, escalation volumes, booking cancellations, and reimbursement/dispute workflows • Build and maintain partner scorecards and reporting tools • Provide real-time and historical visibility into partner health by provider tier and recurring friction points • Support dispute, credit, and escalation workflows with data, documentation, and analysis • Identify trends and calculate the financial impact of disputes, credits, and escalated cases • Turn findings into evidence-based recommendations for the team and leadership • Collaborate with Finance, Data, Supply, and Internal Ops teams • Help build reporting infrastructure for measurable and enforceable partner accountability

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant work experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or at a startup • Strong investigative and analytical skills • Ability to analyze raw data sets and customer interaction logs to find root causes • Excellent attention to detail • Track record of keeping reporting precise, current, and error-free • Comfort with Excel, SQL, or dashboard/BI tools • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple recurring reporting cadences • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Supply, and Product • Knowledge of customer service and dispute practices, preferably in the Fintech/Travel/memberships sector • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field • Knowledge of industry-specific trends, problems, and regulations is a bonus • Experience with Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools is a bonus • Must have citizenship, a valid open work permit, open work visa, or permanent residency allowing work for any employer in Canada or the US for at least the next 12 months • Must indicate whether work sponsorship in the US or Canada is currently or subsequently required
