📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the product's codebase, architecture, and roadmap • Lead engineering for AI-native product and own technical direction • Build and integrate AI capabilities deeply into the product • Ship fast and make foundational technical decisions • Mentor and define engineering culture from day one • Collaborate closely with product and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams at scale • Founding or first-few engineer at a venture-backed AI startup • Experience shipping agentic LLM systems to enterprise customers • Strong understanding of engineering culture and standards • Full-stack capable, proficient in backend, frontend, and infrastructure • Excellent communication skills between technical and non-technical audiences
