📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build and maintain customer relationships • Develop and manage a customer base • Conduct mortgage development and sales initiatives • Use TD’s sales management system • Participate in targeted sales training to build sales skills and credit knowledge • Work with the Sales Manager on joint sales calls • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Build an independent business using TD’s brand • Serve customers through TD Canada Trust’s personal and small business banking business

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional quality sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional • Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is ideal • Subject to provincial regulation for employment purposes • Must be able to work under applicable Canadian provincial or territorial requirements
