📋 Description

• Support distribution partners in acquiring new business and participate in finalist presentations and implementation meetings • Serve as a liaison and subject-matter expert for short-list presentations and new-business implementation • Respond to and resolve complex benefit-plan inquiries and service escalations • Initiate amendment requests and obtain outstanding requirements to meet deadlines and effective dates • Collaborate with Customer Experience and Operations teams to identify key issues • Facilitate meetings with Plan Advisors, Consultants, Plan Sponsors, and internal teams • Lead special projects and research assignments for corporate client needs • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners • Prepare, analyze, interpret, and generate client reports using web analytics and reporting tools • Provide expertise on Manulife’s digital group-benefits experience and support adoption of digital tools • Recommend plan design, service options, technology solutions, and administration improvements • Apply legislative and privacy guidelines in client meetings • Deliver presentations to employee groups and train plan administrators • Lead customer workshops and training on product updates and new features • Educate clients on new services, products, and legislative initiatives • Prepare and deliver client presentations using Seismic tools • Collaborate with Account Executives and other Service Relationship Specialists • Support onboarding of new Service Relationship Specialists through job shadowing and buddy systems • Act as project manager for large corporate initiatives, including implementations, mergers, acquisitions, and restructures • Attend client service and re-enrolment meetings and maintain action logs

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Group Benefits knowledge and experience • In-depth knowledge of Group Benefits products and services • Experience building and strengthening client and consultant/advisor relationships • Proven ability to take initiative, self-manage, and display integrity • GBA designation or working towards the designation • Understanding of funding arrangements, underwriting concepts, risk analysis, and financial reporting • Strong technical and analytical skills using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and web analytics platforms • Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence decision makers • Strong customer-facing, expectation management, communication, and information management skills • Ability to work independently and in a team setting • Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills • Knowledge of Manulife administrative systems • Proficiency with modern technology • Excellent planning and project management skills • Understanding of complex corporate structures and amendments • Understanding of client utilization reports • In-depth understanding of Admin Advantage Flex Benefits operations • Must have a valid driver's license and a personal automobile
