📋 Description

• Develop the customer base through mortgage sales initiatives • Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build and maintain customer relationships • Conduct business development and sales activities • Use TD’s sales management system • Participate in targeted sales training to develop sales and credit knowledge • Work with the Senior District Sales Manager on joint sales calls • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Build an individual business using TD’s brand • Flex the work schedule to maintain work-life balance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Exceptional sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional profile • Ability to develop new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is ideal • Post-secondary education preferred • Must meet applicable provincial or territorial employment regulations in Canada
