📋 Description

• Develop the mortgage customer base through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted sales training • Work closely with the Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions • Use TD’s sales management system to support sales-channel success • Build an independent mortgage business using TD’s brand • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Manage sales activities and business development while flexing the work schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Exceptional sales skills • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic approach • Independent, self-managed professional • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication • Post-secondary education preferred • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships • Ability to develop new business in a fast-paced, competitive market
