📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence • Build and maintain customer relationships • Develop a customer base using a proactive and strategic approach • Participate in targeted sales training to build sales skills and credit knowledge • Work with the Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions • Use a sales management system designed for the mobile mortgage sales channel • Build an independent business using TD’s brand • Maintain a flexible work schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Exceptional quality sales skills • Self-starter • Independent, self-managed professional • Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is ideal • Post-secondary education preferred • Ability to work under provincial employment regulations in Canada
