📋 Description

• Grow TD Canada Trust’s customer base through secured real estate lending • Target mortgage brokers, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence that can generate referrals • Develop business within the Mortgage Specialist team • Strengthen sales skills and credit knowledge through training • Conduct joint sales calls with the Sales Manager • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Use a sales management system designed to support the sales channel • Organize your work schedule to maintain the desired work-life balance

🎯 Requirements

• Highly motivated candidate with initiative and exceptional sales skills • Independent and self-directed professional who enjoys building new business relationships in a constantly changing, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and client relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking or the credit approval process preferred • Postsecondary education is an asset • Proficiency in a language other than French to support or serve customers who require services and support in a language other than French • Subject to Canadian provincial employment regulations
