📋 Description

• Analyze business and technical documentation to identify testing requirements, scenarios, and test cases • Plan and prepare testing activities, ensuring appropriate test coverage and effective testing techniques • Develop and document test scenarios and test cases using established testing tools • Maintain and update the test catalogue as products, features, and functionalities are introduced or modified • Execute tests within integrated solutions to validate functionality and quality standards • Identify, document, and report defects according to established procedures and guidelines • Follow up on defects to ensure timely resolution and verify implemented corrections • Monitor testing progress and provide regular status updates to the team manager • Prepare, review, and update procedure documentation supporting testing activities and best business practices • Collaborate with team members to complete testing activities efficiently and on schedule • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and overall quality

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking • Ability to summarize complex information • Comfortable performing routine tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency • Ability to manage priorities independently and meet deadlines in a changing environment • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English • Strong aptitude for working in a computerized environment and learning new systems and tools • Intermediate knowledge of English required for regular interaction with English-speaking external and internal parties and use of English IT tools • Must satisfy Government of Canada Personnel Security Screening if job functions require work at a data center or access to detailed client-service technology knowledge
