📋 Description

• Create and publish property content on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms • Develop short-form videos and posts to generate tenant inquiries • Promote available properties using provided photos, videos, and descriptions • Write engaging captions, headlines, and calls to action • Identify relevant social media groups and communities for property promotion • Monitor comments, messages, and social media inquiries • Respond to basic inquiries and direct prospects to the intake process • Coordinate with the Housing Intake Specialist on lead follow-up • Maintain consistent posting and maximize qualified property leads • Monitor engagement and lead-generation results and adjust content as needed • Stay updated on social media trends and lead-generation opportunities • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient level of English (written and spoken) • Strong writing and communication skills with clients, vendors, and teammates • Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing • Previous experience in lead generation through social media or digital platforms • Experience creating or posting short-form video content for TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram • Strong understanding of social media engagement and lead generation • Ability to quickly understand property information and translate it into effective social media content • Ability to work independently and manage posting schedules consistently • Ability to adapt content based on audience engagement and results • Familiarity with Canva or similar content creation tools is preferred • Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools is preferred • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Familiarity with standard business tools such as email, spreadsheets, and document management • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows • Ability to follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision • Ability to work U.S. EST (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs • Able to undergo a background check • Interested in long-term career opportunities • Reliable Windows 10+ computer, two monitors, and high-speed internet • Professional home workstation capable of supporting uninterrupted remote work
